The consumers usually complain of the services provided by the travel agencies during summer and winter holidays, and there is also a growing number of complains about the travels by the tourists.
They complain about the services provided by the hotels, unfulfilled terms and conditions of the offer, false advertising, and cancellation of travels by the travel agencies just a few days before the journey.
As to what to do next? The (NOPCRM) offers the following solution!
NOTE: The consumers facing problems with travels organized by the Travel Agencies must within the legal term of 8 days after they returned from such travel:
- Send a complaint with a registered letter, with an indication what is the letter concerned with, to the Travel Agency that organized their travel describing the problems they faced during their travel.
For example, a complaint regarding a travel in Greece or other country, stating the date and the year sent by person X.
